The hotel is well-located in downtown Sonora, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are in need of some updates but are acceptable for a short stay. The service from the staff was professional and friendly. The dining experience had its shortcomings, but the location offers great access to shops and restaurants.

The hotel had a really excellent location, right in downtown Sonora, near the town village and directly to Yosemite. However, it lacked sufficient lighting in the rooms and could have had more breakfast options. There were also some druggy types in the back area, which made it a little scary at times.

Unfortunately, they were quite loud past 1 am, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Despite that, I had no issues with the check-in process. The rooms would benefit from new bedspreads to freshen up the space.
